  • “As-Is” Condition: Our plants are sold “as-is.” While we guarantee to ship healthy, well-packaged plants, we are not responsible for their continued health once they are in your care. We provide basic care instructions, but your success with the plant depends on your local environment and care.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship our plants with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this is not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary depending on your location in India.

  • Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  • Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items like pots or tools, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Perishable Items (Plants): Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on plants. Refunds or replacements for plants will only be considered in the case of significant damage during transit, as outlined in our Shipping and Delivery section above.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, product designs, and graphics, is the property of Mr Rishi Saraf and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
